Good Bye 2014! Welcome 2015!

Today I would like to thank each and every one of you reading this post for making my journey smoother at WordPress. I started blogging this year in September to share my world around and I am thrilled to meet you all who have gladly accepted me in this blogosphere. I am happy to connect with you. A virtual hug from me to you.

Wish you and your family a very Happy & Prosperous New Year!!

Also sharing a 2014 annual report for this blog prepared by the the WordPress.com stats helper monkeys. Many thanks to the team at WordPress.

Here’s an excerpt:

A San Francisco cable car holds 60 people. This blog was viewed about 2,800 times in 2014. If it were a cable car, it would take about 47 trips to carry that many people.

Very Inspiring Blogger Award

I am honored to be nominated for the Very Inspiring Blogger Award and I would be happy to accept this nomination. In my view, our blogging community is all about inspiration and we get inspired by each other in several ways. I am glad to have fellow bloggers who think I deserve this recognition. What a wonderful way to say Good Bye to 2014 and Welcome 2015.

I was nominated recently by Lisa from Rebirth of Lisa for this award. I would like to express my gratitude to her for this nomination. Lisa has a beautiful blog with numerous poems and photographs from her journey in life. She is an aspiring writer and working on her first publication. I wish her all best wishes for this publication.

Another warm gratitude goes to Sweety from ‘Pen’lightenment of the Soul who also nominated me for this award. Sweety’s blog has been an inspiration ever since I came across it here. Every time I read her work I feel I am having a conversation with her. Her blog binds me to the world around her and it feels wonderful to be a part of it.

Here are the guidelines for this award:

  1. Thank and link the amazing person who nominated you.
  2. List the rules and display the award.
  3. Share seven facts about yourself.
  4. Nominate 15 other amazing blogs and comment on their posts to let them know they have been nominated.

I could have listed many more, but they have already been nominated or they have a no award policy. So thank you everyone for inspiring me in countless ways. See you in 2015.

Premio Dardos!

Before we step into the year 2015, it is time for me to acknowledge and appreciate the awards for which I have been nominated this year. This post has been due for sometime now and my apologies to Sweety from SweetyKannoth for the delay in the acknowledgement. Better late then never 🙂

Well! Thanks  a ton Sweety for nominating me for the Premio Dardos award. I am honored with this consideration. As the name says Sweety has a real sweet blog here as www.sweetykannoth.wordpress.com. Her blog shares beautiful comprehension of our world; in her wonderful photographs and her beautiful poems. She has a simple yet persuasive style of writing which will keep you glued to her blog for a while. Her contributions to the photo challenges are amazing.
